  • Personalized nighttime care in your home from 7PM-7AM.

Initial Meet & Greet

It is our goal to get to know your pet like it was our own. An integral part of this process are our meet and greets that are scheduled prior to our first visit with your pet. During meet and greets, we will take copious notes as we get to know your pet in its environment.

  • There will be a $20 overnight surcharge on all overnight stays falling on a holiday. There will be a $10 surcharge for each visit.

    Holidays include: New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve & Christmas Day.

  • • Daily Walks/Visits:

    Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled service will result in a 100% invoice charge.

    • Pet Sitting (multiple consecutive visits, excluding recurring weekly walks/visits): 

    Cancellations within three days of the beginning of the scheduled service will result in a 100% invoice charge.

    • Overnight Care, Holiday/Summer Pet Sitting*, & Daily Walks/Visits on Holidays:

    Cancellations within seven days of the beginning of the scheduled service will result in a 100% invoice charge.

    *Holiday Periods are as follows:

    •June, July, & August

    •Thanksgiving Week

    •Christmas/New Year’s Weeks

    •Spring Break

    There are no refunds for clients’ early returns, delayed departures, or other last-minute changes to visits.
