Cancellation Policy

Daily Walks/Visits:

Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled service will incur a 100% invoice charge. 

Pet Sitting:

Multiple consecutive visits that are not recurring weekly walks/visits

Cancellations within three days of the scheduled service will incur a 100% invoice charge.

Cancellations within seven days of the scheduled service will incur a 100% invoice charge.

* “Holiday/Summer Pet Sitting” refers to reservations that include one of our listed holidays/holiday periods.
